Shipping & delivery
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All the orders will be shipped within 4 business days after placing orders (Monday – Friday). Your order tracking details will be shared with the registered email. Once the order is shipped, allow upto 5 days for delivery. The delivery time may vary depending on the area pin-code and regions.
UNDELIVERED ITEMS
In the event that your order is not delivered, either due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, it will be returned to us at our shipping facility. You will be contacted once we receive the undelivered product.
In case of pre-paid orders, your package will be either re-shipped or you will be granted store credits. Store credit comes with a validity of 30 days.

Any product is eligible for exchange/refund only if :
- The packaging is damaged while opening and that you have made a video of the same product.
- Product is defective, and the same is clear from the video that you make while opening.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- We provide exchange only one time, so make sure you are sure of the size. For assistance, we are here to help you.
- Exchange charges are ₹100. As we do not have our own delivery service, we rely on third-party delivery partners. The delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from your location and additional delivery charges for delivering the new product back to your location. As there are two-way charges, we request our customers to pay only for one-way charges.
